Pencarrie are a leading wholesaler of business to business clothing and accessories, based in Willand, Devon. With permanent warehouse facilities, the organisation already have numerous building solutions supplied by Pickerings Hire. Due to continued growth, the company needed additional office space so Pickerings were again the obvious choice when looking for a competent, reliable supplier.

Our modular building solution has provided Pencarrie the continued flexibility that they have needed during a time of continual growth. It has allowed them from their initial enquiry back in March 2020 to keep extending existing buildings to create more space as required by business demands.

As Pencarrie had previously used Pickerings on other sites they had no hesitation in using them again to provide the temporary facilities. This enquiry was for a further 8 units from our Prima 8 range. Pickerings prepared the units at their local depot in Willand and within no time, safely delivered and installed the building which comprises of extended offices and training rooms.

The temporary modular building is scheduled to be on site for two years.
