Supporting Local Businesses and Education

Following an enquiry from the Charnwood Forest Alpacas in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, our Internal Modular team and local depot in Measham worked together to find a solution to support a local business who run an Alternative Provision Programme for children who cannot go into mainstream schools.

This partnership highlights the importance of supporting local businesses, education, and community initiatives. The programme aims to cater for children who are unable to attend mainstream schools due to various reasons. Recognising the need for a dedicated space and facilities, the alpaca farm reached out to Pickerings for support.

Our Internal Modular team collaborated with their local depot in Measham to find an appropriate solution for the Charnwood Forest Alpacas project. They decided to refurbish an existing unit, transforming it into a fully equipped classroom and welfare facility for the children during their time at the farm.

Our team displayed dedication and commitment to providing a safe and conductive environment for the children’s education. Supporting local businesses is crucial for growth and vitality of communities and this project provided essential educational opportunities.
